1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made with Legacy Football Shirts, located in the Netherlands, and accessible via www.legacyfootballshirts.com

2. Offer and Agreement

All products in our webshop are either pre-owned or new, as clearly stated per product.
An agreement is established at the moment you place an order and receive an order confirmation from us.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in our webshop.
Shipping is subject to the current shipping rates per country/region.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship your order within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.
Delivery times are indicative and cannot lead to compensation or cancellation in case of delay.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
We will refund the purchase amount, including the initial shipping costs, within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

6. Complaints and Warranty

Many of our products are pre-owned. Any defects are described as accurately as possible in the product listing.

7. Liability

Legacy Football Shirts is not liable for indirect damage (such as consequential damage) or delays beyond our control.
Our total liability is limited to the amount of the original purchase.
