Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return your order.

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason. After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.

Return Conditions

Because we sell both new and pre-owned football shirts, returned items must be in the same condition as received so they can be resold.

• The shirt must be unused and unwashed.
• The shirt must be returned in its original condition.
• Any original tags or labels must still be attached, if applicable.
• The item must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email contact@legacyfootballshirts.com within 14 days after receiving your order, including your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Once your request has been approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

The refund will include:

• The full purchase price of the returned item.
• The original shipping costs, if the entire order is returned.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been shipped back.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item has a defect that was not mentioned in the product listing, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Mystery Box Returns

For Mystery Box products, we offer an extended 30-day return period from the moment you receive your order. This gives you extra time to decide whether you're happy with your Mystery Box.

All standard return conditions still apply. This means the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Any original tags must still be attached, and the item must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
