Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day after the order has been placed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order value.
- Netherlands: €3.95, free shipping from €100
- European Union: free shipping from €150
- Rest of the world: shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Orders below these free shipping thresholds include a standard shipping fee.
Packaging
All shirts are carefully packed to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Orders containing one or two shirts are usually shipped as letterbox parcels with track and trace. This allows delivery without the recipient needing to be home, as the parcel fits through the mailbox.
Larger orders may be shipped as regular parcels, depending on the size and weight of the order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- European Union: 2–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends, holidays or customs processing.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT or import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
We cannot influence customs procedures, import charges or clearance times.
