This AC Milan home shirt from the 2008-09 season, produced by Adidas, features the club's traditional red and black vertical stripes with a round-neck collar and centrally positioned Adidas branding. This long-sleeve version includes the Bwin sponsor and the Ronaldinho #80 nameset on the back.

The campaign was Ronaldinho's first in Italy after joining Milan. His first Rossoneri goal decided the September derby against Inter, while the club eventually finished third in Serie A with 74 points and returned to the Champions League places. Milan also reached the UEFA Cup round of 32, giving this number 80 nameset a direct link to his debut season at San Siro.
