Adidas made this Olympique de Marseille third shirt for the 2011-12 season. The orange base is covered by narrow navy and sky-blue horizontal stripes, giving the body a vivid layered appearance. Sky-blue Adidas stripes run over the shoulders, navy cuffs frame the sleeves and BetClic appears across the chest beneath the club crest and Adidas mark.

Marseille's league campaign ended in tenth place, but cup football produced more memorable results. Didier Deschamps' side eliminated Inter Milan to reach the Champions League quarter-finals, where Bayern Munich stopped their run. They also won a third consecutive Coupe de la Ligue, beating Lyon 1-0 after extra time in the final through Brandao's decisive goal.
