New Balance supplied this Porto pre-match shirt for the 2024-25 season. Blue and white sections form an asymmetric grid of broad vertical and horizontal blocks across the body and sleeves. The Porto crest and orange New Balance mark sit on opposite sides of the chest, while a blue crew neck and matching sleeve edging finish the training design.

Porto reached the UEFA Europa League knockout play-offs after a 1-0 win over Maccabi Tel-Aviv lifted them to 18th in the league-phase table on 11 points. Roma then eliminated the Portuguese side: the first leg ended 1-1 in Porto before Roma won 3-2 at the Olimpico, completing a 4-3 aggregate victory. Samu scored Porto's opening goal in the return match.
