Are all your shirts authentic?

Yes, every shirt we sell is carefully checked for authenticity before it is listed. We verify product codes, materials, stitching, and other details to ensure you receive a 100% genuine shirt.

Do you sell new or pre-owned shirts?

We sell both! Each product page clearly states whether the shirt is new (with or without tags) or pre-owned. All pre-owned shirts are washed and inspected before sale.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached if applicable). See our Returns Policy for details.

How should I wash my football shirts?

Wash shirts inside out, in cold water (30°C), either by hand or on a gentle hand-wash cycle. Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softener. Never tumble dry; instead, air-dry on a hanger to protect the print, fabric, and shape.
