This Iceland home shirt from the 2016-18 season, produced by Erreà, features a blue base with a vertical red and white stripe inspired by the Icelandic flag running down the left side. It includes white detailing on the V-neck collar and sleeve cuffs, an Iceland flag on the upper back, and the Aron Gunnarsson #17 nameset. The Erreà mark and federation crest sit cleanly above the flag-inspired stripe.

Iceland reached the quarter-finals on their major-tournament debut. Captain Gunnarsson started all five of Iceland's Euro 2016 matches and provided the long throw that created Ragnar Sigurðsson's equaliser in the 2-1 round-of-16 victory over England. Hosts France ended the run with a 5-2 quarter-final win in Saint-Denis.
