This Puma Italy home shirt comes from the 2022 international period. Its blue body is divided into four tonal quarters, a manufacturer-documented tribute to Italy's four World Cup-winning generations. Gold Puma marks and the federation crest stand out on the chest, while a narrow green, white and red ring adds the national tricolour around the crew neck.

Italy's 2022 World Cup qualifying campaign ended in the European play-off semi-final, where North Macedonia won 1-0. The result meant that the reigning European champions missed a second consecutive World Cup. Later that year, Italy wore this home design for the first time in the Finalissima at Wembley, where captain Giorgio Chiellini made his final international appearance against Argentina.
