Manchester United's 2017-18 home shirt by adidas combines a red body with a short buttoned neckline. White adidas stripes run across the shoulders, while black and white bands finish the sleeves. The club crest and white adidas logo sit above the Chevrolet sponsor, whose gold-coloured emblem gives the chest another point of contrast. With no player printing on the back, the red base and restrained collar details remain the main features of this home design.

United competed in Group A of the 2017-18 Champions League alongside Benfica, Basel and CSKA Moscow. They progressed to the knockout rounds as group winners. The shirt therefore belongs to a campaign that brought European nights back to Old Trafford in the Champions League.
