PSV's 2021-22 home shirt by Puma sets narrow white vertical stripes against a red body with a subtle geometric pattern. White Puma branding and the PSV crest sit above the Brainport Eindhoven sponsor, which is framed by a white chest panel. Dark trim around the red neckline and sleeves gives the design a firm outline. The energiedirect.nl sponsor appears on the back, adding another identifiable detail to this version of PSV's red-and-white home colours.

Puma and PSV presented the shirt as a reference to Eindhoven's development and changing cityscape. Cody Gakpo, Jordan Teze and Olivier Boscagli took part in its introduction. The design therefore connects the 2021-22 team with the city that provides the club's home and identity.
