PSV won the Eredivisie title in 2015-16 after a dramatic final day. Phillip Cocu's side defeated PEC Zwolle 3-1 while Ajax drew 1-1 at De Graafschap, allowing PSV to claim the championship with 84 points, two more than its Amsterdam rival. PSV recorded 26 league wins and scored 88 goals. The navy-and-coral away shirt is consequently associated with one of the closest title conclusions in the club's modern history.
