Nike produced this Turkey away shirt for the 2012-13 international period. The white body is defined by a broad red band across the chest, containing the crescent-and-star emblem and a red Nike Swoosh. A red crew neck and matching sleeve details continue the national colour scheme, while a circular blue-and-red graphic appears inside the back collar.

Turkey’s 2014 World Cup qualifying campaign ended against the Netherlands in Istanbul. Fatih Terim’s side entered the final match still chasing a play-off place, but goals from Arjen Robben and Wesley Sneijder gave the Dutch a 2-0 victory. Turkey had kept their hopes alive four days earlier by beating Estonia 2-0 through goals from Umut Bulut and Burak Yılmaz.
